    Job Responsibilities:

    + Provide personalized in-home care for clients

    + Assist with daily activities including:

    + Personal hygiene and grooming

    + Meal preparation

    + Medication reminders

    + Light housekeeping

    + Transportation to appointments

    + Offer compassionate companionship

    + Communicate effectively with clients and their families

    Requirements

    + Must possess and maintain all applicable certifications in accordance with state law

    + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Must have a valid driver’s license

    + Experience in a home care or long term health care environment a plus

    + Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image

    + Must possess skills to make decisions and solve problems

    + Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; be able to follow oral and written directions; and ability to maintain confidential information

    + Must comply with required clearances including but not limited to State Tuberculosis (PPD) clearances, satisfactory criminal record report
