About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our Customer Success Group (CSG), including Customer Success and Support teams. This role will play a critical part in shaping the systems that power our post-sales operations, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce and related technologies to drive scale, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
As a Senior BSA, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our Customer Success stakeholders. You’ll lead efforts to identify business needs, define requirements, and design scalable, user-centric solutions. You will be part of a core team focused on building and maintaining the backbone of our Customer Success operations—ensuring that our systems and processes support the company’s growth goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and enjoys solving complex business problems through smart system design and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do:
+ Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales stakeholders to define and prioritize the roadmap aligned with business goals and long-term strategy.
+ Manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder expectations across high-impact projects and transformational initiatives.
+ Lead hands-on work including requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, functional testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
+ Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve productivity and user experience.
+ Create and maintain documentation including current/future-state process flows, user journey maps, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
+ Define success metrics and partner with the business to measure KPIs and track performance improvements.
+ Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform capabilities, advocating for best practices and scalable solutions.
+ Apply strong project management and Agile methodology principles to drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
+ Proactively address risks and roadblocks to enable successful execution of business strategies.
What You Will Bring:
+ 6–8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, preferably with a focus on Customer Success functions.
+ Deep understanding of post-sales business processes and a passion for enabling teams through technology.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
+ Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments with sprint execution and backlog grooming.
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
+ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
+ Experience thriving in a remote-first or hybrid work environment.
+ Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related ecosystems.

We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $157,900 - $185,490 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
