    Job Title:** **Landscape Site Lead

    Job Summary:

    Landscape Site lead reports to Account Manager and is the custodian of the building’s exterior landscaped and non-landscaped areas. Examples include:

     

    + Maintain lawn and bush hog areas throughout site.

    + Supervise a crew of 5-6 associates in lawn maintenance

    + Repairing fences and gates

    + Storm water management

    + Landscape/Snow removal and contractor supervision

    + General landscape duties

    + Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance

     

    The role requires effective communication with client, supervisors, and team members.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Managing landscaping task throughout the year/working supervisor

    + Manage snow removal, associates, and subcontractors

    + Storm water management

    + Assist in vehicle and equipment Maintenance

    + Trash removal and exterior furniture/fence repairs

    + Effectively manage time sheets, billing, proposals, and other office supervisory duties.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

    + Three or more years related experience is preferred.

    + Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid drivers license.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    + Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
