Job Description

Key Responsibilities: The Production Operator is responsible for making quality roof shingles in a high-speed manufacturing plant. The position requires a commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and reliability.

+ Safely operate machinery on a high-speed manufacturing line.

+ Ensure raw materials are fed properly.

+ Resolve line stoppages.

+ Clear equipment jams..

+ Ensure the quality of the finished product meets IKO standards.

+ Ensure the product is properly prepared for shipment.

+ 8-hour rotating shifts are currently available.

+ Overtime work may be required based upon business demands.

+ Criminal background checks and drug screen required.

+ Manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Forklift experience required.

+ Must be able to follow instructions.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in U.S.

+ Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

+ Must be able to stand for the entire shift.

+ Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.
