ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Software Engineer III** to join our team at our **Annapolis Junction, MD location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Design, engineer, analyze, and develop complex software systems, contributing directly to the advancement of technological solutions.

+ Design, analyze, and develop software delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software deployment.

+ Model and analyze software development and deployment processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

+ Assist Federal agencies in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques, supporting streamlined and effective project execution.

+ Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations, contributing to a dynamic and responsive environment.

+ Provide expert supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and Team ManTech staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

+ 5 years of position-relevant work experience in software engineering.

+ DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification.

+ Experience with C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java programming languages.

+ Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GIT for software development and collaboration.

+ 4 years of experience in DoD systems development.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
