    **Salary:** $93,800 - $140,700, plus 8% annual bonus

    **Way of Work:** Hybrid

    The Enterprise Data Strategy department owns the data strategy and build out of the enterprise data lake house.

     

    The Senior Data Architect plays a crucial role in creating high-quality data models and structures to support downstream analytics, reporting, and application requirements. Collaborating with business, IT and analytics colleagues, the Senior Data Architect understands data needs and designs optimized structures. The Senior Data Architect's models reduce redundancy, streamline data flow, and enhance enterprise data management. Leveraging best practices, the Senior Data Architect creates timely, reliable and scalable data products. As a recognized subject matter expert, the Senior Data Architect tackles complex problems with a broad perspective.

    Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    + **Technical Leadership** - Contributes to data architecture strategy for complex projects from beginning-to-end, effectively communicates data architecture concepts to a non-technical audience.

    + **Data Architecture Design** - Contributes to the design and implements scalable data architecture that will support analytics, machine learning, and reporting for business intelligence.

    + **Data Integration** - Develop and maintain data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across sources.

    + **Collaboration** - Interacts with business analysts, data product owners, data governance, data scientists, and other stakeholders to create and improve data models and products.

    + **Data Modeling** - Implements data strategies based on business requirements, develops data models to support data needs while ensuring flexibility to enhance and adapt to new data needs.

    + **Documentation** - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture and processes.

    + **Innovation** - Stays updated with industry trends, drives innovation in data architecture practices

     

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

    + 4+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, or data engineering

    + 1+ year of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modeling

    + 1+ year of experience building and optimizing big-data pipelines, architectures and data sets

    + 1+ year of experience with cloud data products in platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Erwin data modeling

    Salary Range*:

    $110,200.00 - $165,300.00
