Salary: $960 / Week

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced In-Home Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship to geriatric clients in the San Francisco area. This role requires someone who is comfortable traveling home to home and has a flexible schedule, especially on weekends.

Schedule: Open availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekends, 5x8s

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

+ Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions

+ Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

+ Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, tidying, etc.)

+ Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation and activities

+ Accompany client to appointments or errands as needed

+ Maintain accurate records of care provided

Minimum Requirements:

+ State licensure or certification if required by state and/or contract

+ One (1) year relevant patient/client care experience

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
