    Summarized Purpose:

    The Operations Finance Coordinator performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the Operations Finance department.

     

    This is a hybrid role, requiring candidate of choice to be in-office, based in Richmond, VA, two to three (2-3) days per week.

    Essential Functions:

    + Prepares invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner, and/or prepares and maintains data structures for loading into financial management systems which may include: Budget data manipulation, consolidation and loading into financial management systems, and project set-up for billing and time tracking purposes.

    + Compiles, analyzes and reports financial data across different segments of the business and ensures data integrity in all reporting activities.

    + Researches and resolves general inquires, billing and data issues.

    + Ensures proper approvals for documents and reports audit. compliance, performs authorization activities and tracks changes in contract value.

    + Completes month-end related activities.

    Qualifications:

    + High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate

    + Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

    + Good organizational and time management skills

    + Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively

    + Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results

    + Good written and oral communications skills

    + Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

    + Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude

    + Working knowledge of accounting principles

    Salary Transparency:

    The salary range estimated for this position is $20-23/hr. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
