We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Senior Analyst / Team Lead to join our team in a critical, high-impact role. This individual will serve as a working team lead responsible for overseeing all Epic Beaker build and test activities, with a particular focus on billing integration and quality control of all changes before Production deployment.

While this role does not involve direct personnel management, it requires technical leadership, mentorship, and a strong understanding of Epic Beaker and its interaction with other Epic modules. This position will serve as the primary review and escalation point for Epic Beaker build decisions, especially in environments where team members lack direct access to Epic.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a working team lead for Epic Beaker-related projects and production support

+ Review and approve all Beaker changes before they are moved to production

+ Provide technical oversight and guidance to other Epic analysts on test build and configuration best practices

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Epic Beaker and modules such as Resolute, Orders, and Bridges

+ Ensure Epic Beaker workflows align with billing requirements and compliance standards

+ Act as management’s representative in Epic Beaker environments restricted to LabCorp employees

+ Escalate issues and risks to leadership, ensuring timely resolution of critical path items

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

+ 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Beaker (CP and/or AP)

+ Strong knowledge of Epic test build and lab workflows

+ Epic certification in Beaker is highly preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)

+ Proven understanding of how Epic Beaker interfaces with other Epic modules, especially billing

+ Prior experience serving in a lead or senior-level analyst capacity

+ Ability to review others’ work and provide constructive feedback and approval

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and clinical teams

+ Experience working in hospital, laboratory, or clinical integration settings

Preferred Experience:

+ Familiarity with Epic Resolute and lab billing integration

+ Experience working in Epic-restricted environments or third-party vendor coordination

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
