    •** **Schedule & Hours:

    + **Monday – Saturday** , starting at **5:30 AM**

    + Shifts are typically **8–10 hours/day**

    + **Overtime available** based on demand

     

    If you’re an experienced **Heavy Equipment Operator** in **Klamath Falls** , and you're looking for steady, full-time work with great pay and benefits— **this is your chance** . **Rogue Waste Systems** is hiring operators to run dozers, compactors, excavators, dump trucks, and more at our local transfer station.

     

    You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a trusted company that values safety, reliability, and community.

     

    •** **What You’ll Do Daily:

    + Operate and maintain heavy equipment (dozer, compactor, excavator, water truck, etc.)

    + Help sort, screen, and manage waste and recyclable materials

    + Spot inbound trucks and guide traffic safely

    + Perform yard maintenance and debris clean-up

    + Support transfer station operations as needs change

    + Use a smartphone or tablet to record daily activity

    •** **What We’re Looking For:

    + Valid **Driver’s License** required

    + **Class B CDL** (or willing to get one within 6 months – we can help)

    + Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

    + Able to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical labor

    + Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player

    + Willing to complete DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
