We are currently hiring for an Account Manager in our Perfumery & Beauty line of business. This is a unique opportunity to help manage and grow business with a Global Beauty Client (L’Oréal) working on all beauty care categories. Your Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage direct business with our Global Beauty Client (L’Oréal) in the region; achieves the sales related financial targets for the affiliate/area; translates/implements the global sales strategy into the specific market/area sales plan
+ Use pricing tool and directives to achieve margins targets (PM & GM)
+ Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Contribute to feedback to management on the market needs for future strategies; develops and sustains productive customer partnerships at all levels; implements corporate commercial strategies (e.g. currency, packaging transport, payment terms...); maintain and adapt the plan for expansion into the Region in line with identified opportunities
+ Handle customer project administration: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests
+ Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information in SAP

You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Management, Marketing, Economics)
+ 3+ Years experience in as a Perfumery Commercial Assistant or Account Manager
+ Passion for the fragrance industry
+ In depth knowledge and usage of sales processes, workflows and industry standards
+ Solid understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles
+ Project management and communication skills
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with rigor and precision
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $97,000-$118,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
