    The Risk Management Analyst will be a key contributor in the Global Information Security team, focusing primarily on Information Security Risk Management (60%), Data Analysis and Reporting of Risk Management Domain (20%), Information Security Compliance (10%), and Information Security Third-Party Risk Management (10%). The analyst will develop an expertise in security best practices, standards, and related regulations. This role involves hands-on operational activities, delivering value output daily under the supervision of a manager. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, manage risks, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.

     

    **RESPONSIBILITIES** :

    + **Information Security Risk Management (60%)**

    + Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security standards.

    + Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies, remediation tracking, and continuous monitoring processes.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.

    + **Data Analysis and Reporting of Risk Management Domain (20%)**

    + Analyze data related to risk management to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

    + Develop and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

    + Utilize data analytics tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of risk management processes.

    + **Information Security Compliance (10%)**

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security.

    + Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

    + Coordinate across business and functional stakeholder to manage compliance projects, including data identification, collection, processing, and review.

    + **Information Security Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) (10%)**

    + Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to manage third-party risks, including vendor assessments, contract reviews, and continuous monitoring of third-party security practices.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of third-party risks.

    + Utilize data generated from TPRM to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.

    + 1-3 years of related work experience.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and effective delivery of work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Self-starter and quick learner with a proactive approach to learning and development.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Entry-level certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, ISC² CC or CGRC or similar.

    + Familiarity with GRC tools and foundational risk frameworks.

    + Knowledge of AI tools and/or a strong interest in leveraging AI to enhance process efficiencies and innovate new strategies for risk management.

    + Experience with data visualization tools for business, enabling effective communication of complex risk data and insights to stakeholders.
