Job Summary:
Responsible for leading activities to achieve, maintain and audit all training requirements for the company. This role will support the overall training needs of the organization and will focus on providing oversight of the learning management system ensuring that training plans are implemented and tracked successfully, identifying opportunities to improve training processes and procedures, ensuring newly hired and existing team members have appropriate course assignments, and providing reporting as required by accreditation, compliance, and company leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide support for the learning management system including, but not limited to: managing course configuration and setup; overseeing profile management and team member access; completing assignment profiles for courses; generating reports; completing required system and course audits; partnering cross-functionality to manage system validation; troubleshooting basic system issues; and providing subject matter expertise for the overall administration of the system.
+ Lead the overall training enterprise intake process and manage course assignments according to read time; manager the course assignment intake process, which involves uploading new courses, editing existing courses, and assigning courses based on position, timing or certification requirements
+ Support the training team by collecting and documenting feedback on overall training effectiveness, providing support for the planning of team member training; reviewing reports to ensure all new hire courses are assigned; communicating weekly course completion summary reports; providing online support as required, and managing access to the learning and development Teams page and distribution lists
+ Provide ongoing administration for training classes by managing and recording knowledge-check scores within the training summary, editing training summary when attendees are off-boarded, and auditing trainer feedback to ensure perfect completion rates from class attendees
+ Collaborate with the accreditation team to identify, collect and submit applicable evidence for specific company accreditations and obtain appropriate evidence to support our clients' accreditation implementation or activities as required
+ Maintain working knowledge of current URAC, ACHC, Distinctions, Specialty 360, and other accreditations standards in order to provide appropriate training analysis

External Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, healthcare, business administration, or related area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
+ 2 years' experience working with learning management systems
+ Ability to partner cross-functionality to ensure training requirements are understood and adhered to
+ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented with an ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working SAP/SuccessFactors learning management system
