• Digital Coordinator

    WETM-TV has an immediate opening for a full-time, dynamic Digital Coordinator to help maximize revenue and provide exceptional support to our department. Candidate must be experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Will work across all media platforms to assist in creating proposals and steward campaigns. Will focus on both pre and post sales with a customer-first approach. Will focus on all aspects of both linear and digital to optimize campaigns to ensure delivery.

     

    We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, organization, communication, oral and written skills, along with an ability to learn, adapt and change to new technology and processes as they become available. The position will work across the Elmira and Binghamton markets but be based in Elmira.

     

    + Managing traffic instructions from Sales Department and Agencies. Maintains awareness of the most current traffic policies, practices and procedures.

    + Entering and editing orders, traffic and accounting data in station operating system.

    + Prepares forms and reports

    + Monitors inventory

    + Regular communication with Sales Managers and Account Executives

    + Provide support for Sales staff as needed.

    + Assist with Presentation preparation and other Customer facing duties as needed.

    + Help create one-sheets and/or creative assets

    + Maintain various Excel spreadsheets as needed.

    + Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements & Skills:

    + High School diploma

    + Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

    + Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment

    + Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

    + Ability to learn, adapt and change to new technology and processes as needed

    + Ability to manage client expectation

    + Solutions-oriented customer service focus that emphasizes driving sales

    + Ability to work within core hours of 8a-5p M-F

    + Excellent interpersonal skills; team player

    Compensation Rate - $19.23/hour
