Pay Rate: $48 - $53/hr
Job Description:
Reporting to the site controller, the Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for supporting the FP&A function in Evertt businesses.
• Prepare external and internal financial deliverables and required monthly financial reporting for various program and company reporting requirements.
• Partner with the site controller and various functions (Contracts, Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service Center, etc.) to prepare monthly Risk and Opportunity position.
• Support program(s) monthly forecast for bookings, sales, earnings and cash forecast.
• Report monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast.
• Assist in period-closing activities and facilitate the weekly/monthly cadence.
• Provide support to business reviews.
• Analyze and upload production hours.
• Provide back up and support to other accounting staff as needed.
• Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting; OR an Advanced Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
• Prior experience performing variance analysis
• Prior experience leading financial forecasts
• U.S. Person
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Knowledge of Rates and burdening process, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and/or Cost Accounting.
• Prior experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines
• Experience with MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
• Demonstrated ability in meeting finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP Preferred) and Onestream / Hyperion
Education/Experience: Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting; OR an Advanced Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
• Prior experience performing variance analysis
• Prior experience leading financial forecasts
Citizenship: Must be US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder)
