As the Warehouse Intern, you will learn to accurately receive inbound material into inventory and pulling and preparing raw material for production. This position requires working onsite in the New Oxford, PA. facility. The position is Monday through Friday, 7am-3 pm, with some flexibility.

What you will accomplish together with us:

+ Receive inbound material and non-inventory purchase orders, verify contents, and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments

+ Record the receipt of material into company ERP system

+ Transfer material to incoming quality inspection and/or stock in appropriate warehouse

+ Organize and maintain stock shelves and warehouse in a clean, orderly fashion

+ Pick inventory and prepare as required for production

+ Perform daily cycle counts and/or other inventory counts as required

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

+ Perform all duties to comply with Sartorius and ISO procedures

+ Participate in department, site, and company-wide initiatives

What will convince us:

Education:

+ High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred

Other Skills:

+ Must be 18+ years of age

+ Must be able to lift up to 50

+ Experience using Excel

+ Computer and data entry skills required; SAP experience preferred

+ Ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-tasking environment

+ Experience using pallet jack preferred

+ Strong attention to detail in a warehouse environment

+ Takes ownership and accepts accountability for work completion and quality

The compensation is $16.00 hour.
