Description

Master Landscaping, a sister company of Scentsy, is looking for aGardenerto assist in beautifying the outdoor areas of a Scentsy owned property named Willow Bridge.

What You'll Do:

+ Plant a variety of annual flowers, bulbs, and other plants in the garden beds and pottery throughout the Scentsy property locations

+ Operate gardening equipment including, but not limited to: hand tiller, power shears, handheld blower, etc.

+ Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, and decorative shrubs

+ Maintain existing landscape design while ensuring plant survival and weed-free beds

+ Pick up trash, debris, and other miscellaneous materials from grounds

+ Help others in the facilities department as needed, including afterhours events

+ Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must be 18 years of age or older

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, required

+ A passion for working outdoors and satisfaction from a job well done

+ Knowledge and experience installing or maintaining perennials, annual flowers, and shrubs is a plus

+ Excellent customer service skills
