    How You’ll Make an Impact

    As a Sales Lead Pan Regional LATAM at Epsilon, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital marketing success for clients across various industries in our **Pan-Regional LATAM accounts** , based out of our Miami office! Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you'll play a **pivotal role** in identifying, developing, and closing performance-focused business opportunities!

     

    You'll work directly with leading brands and key decision-makers—including Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors—to establish strategic relationships. Your mission will be to deeply understand client needs and deliver **tailored digital marketing, media, and data solutions** that significantly improve ROI and achieve their commercial objectives.

    What You’ll Achieve

    + Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with assigned accounts, actively promoting the full spectrum of Epsilon's digital marketing solutions.

    + Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, engaging directly with critical decision-makers across Media, Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing teams.

    + Design and implement proactive lead generation strategies to continuously expand our new client base.

    + Deeply understand clients' evolving marketing needs and craft compelling sales strategies to help them achieve their high-reaching goals.

    + Expertly own the entire sales process, from preparing and communicating innovative digital media strategies and commercial proposals to skillfully negotiating and successfully closing deals that meet and exceed revenue targets.

    + Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to guarantee that proposed solutions are perfectly aligned with client objectives and technical requirements.

    + Stay continuously informed about the latest market trends and innovative digital marketing technologies to proactively optimize client strategies and drive performance.

    Who You Are

    + **What you’ll bring with you** :

    + 6-9 years of experience in media agency roles, with a strong emphasis on programmatic, performance digital marketing, and data. Ad sales or business development experience is a significant plus.

    + Proven success in cultivating client relationships and a robust network of contacts, particularly with Marketing, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing Directors, or similar senior executive roles.

    + Demonstrated track record of consultative selling and successfully closing complex deals at the senior executive level.

    + Profound understanding of digital marketing strategies and indicators of success (e.g., return on investment, cost per click, cost per acquisition).

    + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    + Proficient in handling the entire sales journey, from initial connections to successful outcomes.

    + **Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is important** for seamless business discussions and correspondence.
