    Overview

     

    The Senior Vice President, Paid Social reporting to the Executive Vice President, Performance plays a key leadership role in driving the growth and development of the performance media practice. The SVP is responsible for overseeing both client success and the strategic evolution of the performance media department. This includes spearheading organizational initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, expand revenue opportunities, and improve team capabilities. Acting as a senior representative of the performance media division, the SVP plays a critical role in client relationships and industry presence, promoting the agency's expertise and thought leadership within the marketplace.

    Responsibilities

    **Fiscal Accountability:** Oversees financial performance across paid social clients by expanding relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading new business development efforts to drive organic growth and client retention. Oversees department-level staffing including account assignments & resource management.

    **Cross-Department Coordination:** Leads cross-functional collaboration with other departments, ensuring integrated paid social strategies are aligned with broader marketing objectives, delivering cohesive and impactful results for clients.

    **Strategy & Innovation:** Executes organizational strategies within the paid social department, ensuring alignment with the agency’s overall vision, driving innovation, and implementing advanced technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the marketplace.

    **Client & Market Representation:** Acts as the senior representative of the paid social department, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, while representing the agency at industry events, conferences, and high-profile client meetings to promote thought leadership.

    **Team Leadership:** Mentors VPs/Directors and senior leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, driving leadership development and ensures a solid succession plan within the paid social department.

    **Organizational Leadership:** Leads department-wide initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, talent development, and strategic growth, ensuring the paid social department is well-positioned to deliver outstanding results. Owns vendor partnerships with social media platforms, building strong relationships based on mutual trust to extract maximum value for the agency and its clients. Responsible for facilitating quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders. Acts as primary point of contact for Publicis Groupe's COE team, representing the agency with integrity and a spirit of collaboration.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred but not required

    + 12+ years of account management experience in performance media; agency experience highly preferred

    + 8+ years of demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration

    + Extensive experience managing large-scale performance media campaigns, financial services or B2B experience preferred, but not required

    + Expert understanding of channel landscape, buying platforms and new/evolving product offerings

    + Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills

    + Ability to lead organizational initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the agency in the marketplace

    + Strong financial acumen, with experience in driving revenue growth and managing budgets

    Compensation Range: $176,700 - $251,100 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
