**Job Summary:** This person will conduct outbound sales calls to potential partners to drive Epic Pass sales. They will work from a targeted prospect list to assess interest level, work through objections, close business and train new partners on ways of working. They will provide weekly progress reporting to manager.

Job Specifications:

+ Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr

Job Responsibilities:

+ Make sales calls to potential partners from targeted prospect list.

+ Schedule initial appointments to sell Epic Pass program.

+ Conduct virtual sales calls with prospects using existing sales script.

+ Perform follow up activities on all prospects to close the sale.

+ Train partners on internal booking procedure to process orders.

+ Track sales activity and follow ups using CRM.

+ Provide weekly updates and reporting on call volume, pipeline, and sales.

+ 20-30hrs per week required as needed.

+ Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

+ High School Diploma

+ 1-2 years call center experience

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends

+ Computer Skills like, CRM, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PPT, Inntopia.

+ Ability to lift up to 25lb

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
