At Catholic Charities of St. Cloud, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. We’re seeking a **Residential Supervisor** to lead one of our homes with heart, purpose, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. You will:

+ **Lead and support** a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.

+ **Deliver hands-on care** to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

+ **Coordinate care** with families, medical professionals, and community partners.

+ **Manage operations** including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.

+ **Champion quality** by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)

+ **Experience:** 3+ years working with DD/MI populations, including 2+ years in residential settings; supervisory experience preferred

+ **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

+ **Requirements:** Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and driving checks
