Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud is seeking a compassionate and experienced **Clinical Director** to lead our dedicated team at Granite City Counseling. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, clinical expertise, and community impact in a mission-driven organization that supports individuals and families across 16 counties.

About Granite City Counseling

Granite City Counseling provides essential mental health services to help individuals manage symptoms, achieve psychiatric stability, and build independent living skills. We serve clients of all ages in their homes, schools, and communities—empowering them to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

+ **Lead and Supervise** : Provide clinical supervision to Licensed Therapists, Clinical Trainees, Mental Health Practitioners, and Interns.

+ **Deliver Care** : Dedicate 30% of your time to direct client services including intake, assessment, diagnosis, and therapy.

+ **Ensure Quality** : Oversee clinical documentation, compliance with Rule 245i, and continuous improvement of services.

+ **Collaborate** : Work closely with the Program Manager and Director of Behavioral Health Services to shape the future of our programs.

+ **Represent** : Serve as a visible and respected leader in the St. Cloud community and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

+ **Education & Licensure** : Master’s degree (M.S., M.A.) and current Minnesota licensure as LP, LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW. Must be a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor.

+ **Experience** : Minimum 5 years in human services counseling; supervisory or management experience preferred.

+ **Leadership** : Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
