Reports to an Executive Vice President/Senior Vice President. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Administrative Assistant V will be responsible for managing schedules, recording minutes, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting various projects to enhance productivity and efficiency. *_Position Responsibilities:_* *Key Areas of Responsibility* 1. Responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting various projects to enhance productivity and efficiency while anticipating the evolving needs and competing priorities of the President. Assumes responsibility for self-improvement by collaborating with the President to identify growth opportunities and resources.  2. Performs various responsibilities that contribute to the smooth flow of information within the area, and to and from customers and other areas. Responds to complex inquiries regarding own work. Initiates proactive and independent research, action, and communications with regard to activities of the President. Takes action based on independent judgment, understanding the impact across the organization. Involves others both within and outside the area as needed, or refers to a higher authority when appropriate. Works effectively as a team member within the area and with customers to provide quality service to hospital units through communication, cooperation and collaboration. Fully supports and reflects the HHC culture and H3W Leadership behaviors. 3. Performs or coordinates varied and complex processes and determines the most appropriate methods and procedures. May facilitate or coordinate the work of others in the process(es). Identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates clearly and effectively. Requires planning, analysis and judgment to achieve desired outcomes. Provides direction and training to others as necessary. 4. Assists in preparation and follow-up of executive meetings by preparing materials, recording minutes and completing all necessary follow-throughs. Ensures completion of identified action items through project support. Contributes to the success of the work area by coordinating or performing a variety of administrative duties that require the use of office machines to accomplish a desired outcome. Determines appropriate means and modifies procedures as required. Maintains files in a complete, accurate, and timely fashion in accordance with the standards of the work area, suggests changes to system to meet changing needs. 5. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of President. 6.
