Job Summary: The Financial Systems Specialist implements, maintains, and updates the systems that store and process accounting and financial data. The ERP specialist will develop strategies to identify and address business issues and opportunities for 40+ U.S. and International entities. Modifies systems, edits spreadsheets and reports, and troubleshoots system problems. ERP Specialist collaborates with internal teams to determine primary needs and goals and creates solutions to meet those objectives with Accounting, Product, and Technology. Trains staff in the use of accounting systems and streamlines processes and controls within all disciplines of Finance and Accounting.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and support the implementation of DocLink and related business processes supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects and Fixed Assets.
+ Provide expertise in configuring and customizing ERP to meet business requirements.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users, coordinating with technical support and product owners as necessary.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of DocLink and ERP with other systems.
+ Lead and participate in system testing and end-user training.
+ Provide day to day support for the ERP environment including applying periodic patches, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support with database management.
+ Continuously reviews opportunities for improvement in how ERP platform is leveraged and brings best practices to the forefront.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Technology-related field.
+ 5+ years of accounting experience.
+ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and intercompany eliminations.
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience managing and supporting ERP/accounting systems.
+ Basic SQL command proficiency.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with any of the following systems/tools is a plus:
+ Sage 100, Acumatica, Asset Keeper, DataSelf, Help & Manual, DataSnipper
+ Functional professional with 1+ full lifecycle ERP migrations with proven success implementing process improvements in accounting environments.
+ Experience supporting validation of consolidated financial statements and audits through system data extraction.

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the hourly pay for this position is $45.00-$61.00 per hour. This position will also include a profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
