Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $18 - $21 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Semi Skilled Construction Worker:

+ Assist with demolition of structures, including removal of debris and hazardous materials

+ Perform general labor duties such as site clean-up, material handling, and loading/unloading

+ Operate basic hand and power tools as directed

+ Assist with hanging drywall and framing walls under supervision

+ Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) with tasks as needed

+ Maintain a clean and organized worksite

+ Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary structures such as scaffolding or fencing

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

+ Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor preferred

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

+ Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools

+ Must be able to assist with hanging drywall and framing

+ Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites

+ Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

+ Dependable, punctual, and hard-working

+ Steel-toe boots and other PPE required
