Product Manager Responsibilities:
1. Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
2. Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
3. Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
4. Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
5. Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
6. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

7. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or a related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
8. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
9. 1. Product management or product design
10. 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products
11. 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
12. 4. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
13. 5. Developing social products, technologies, or platforms
14. 6. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
15. 7. Delivering technical presentations
16. 8. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
17. 9. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
18. 10. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
19. 11. Experience managing delivery of at least 1 hardware/software product.
Public Compensation:
$226,934/year to $232,100/year + bonus + equity + benefits
