Your New Role…
CNN's Digital Products & Services group is seeking a results-driven **Strategy Manager** to help achieve our ambitious product, user, and revenue goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy, this key role will bring analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to support the growth of CNN’s digital business. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to collaborate across teams to drive measurable business impact.
Your Role Accountabilities…
+ **Support Product and Revenue Strategy:** Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and structure business opportunities, and develop strategies that improve both user _and_ revenue growth across CNN’s digital platforms.
+ **Execute Strategic Projects:** Structure and manage ad-hoc strategic projects by gathering and analyzing data, synthesizing insights, developing actionable recommendations and implementing recommendations.
+ **Business Case Development:** Contribute to the development of business cases for new market, country, or partner entry, expansion, or exit, ensuring thorough analysis and strategic alignment.
+ **Support Annual Planning and OKR-Setting:** Assist in the annual planning process and in setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications & Experience…
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
+ 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or related fields; or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
+ Demonstrated experience developing business strategies and supporting cross-functional initiatives, preferably in media or digital industries.
+ Experience working with stakeholders in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
+ Understanding of digital products, subscriptions, and advertising business models.
+ Background in media, tech, or consumer products industries preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $103,460.00 - $192,140.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
