Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted thought partner to the Partnerships leadership team, shaping strategic direction and driving operational rigor.The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an operations lead to design, develop, and maintain internal tools that increase organizational efficiency and are tailored to the needs of the VR/AR and AI Partnerships teams. This role collaborates closely with the various Partnerships teams to make sure these tools help the organization run smoothly, and brings new technologies such as AI to bear to drive ongoing operational improvements. The tools this role oversees ultimately let execution and decision-making flow seamlessly in a highly cross-functional and multi-product organization.The ideal candidate has a technical mindset leveraging new tools and technologies (including AI) to drive operational rigor, a nimble roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and proven experience working across multiple projects in parallel.

    Required Skills:

    Operations Lead, VR/AR and AI Partnerships Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the tools and solutions supporting VR/AR and AI Partnerships, understanding user workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

    2. Develop a comprehensive internal tools roadmap to guide near-term and long-term development.

    3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and partnerships on development and implementation.

    4. Leverage and integrate new technologies, including AI, in the operational fabric of the organization to help teams do more with less (and do them better).

    5. Oversee the launch and adoption of new tools, ensuring seamless integration into existing business processes.

    7. 10+ years of related experience in a mix of management consulting, product development and strategy & operations roles in the technology industry.

    8. Experience identifying user needs and translate them into a broader strategy and goals for internal tools and processes.

    9. Experience communicating effectively with various audiences, including technical teams, business leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

    10. Experience working with Product Management/Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

    11. Experience tracking multiple projects, staying on top of timelines, and delivering high quality outputs across several workstreams.

    12. Familiarity with a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.

    13. Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a similar technical field.

    14. Experience at a leading private equity, consulting, or technology firm.

    15. Experience designing and implementing internal tools and processes.

    16. Experience with AI-powered internal use cases and/or initiatives.

    17. Experience with building or managing CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).

    Public Compensation:

    $142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
