Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive our product investments for creators. You'll be responsible for creating business and product strategies, managing our go-to-market plans, and collaborating with a cross-functional team building the future of creator products on Instagram.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Manager, Creators Responsibilities:

1. Partner with product management and engineering to define the strategy and roadmap for upcoming creator products and programs

2. Envision and execute go-to-market plans for creators, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products

3. Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape product direction

4. Refine, iterate & scale our existing creator products

Minimum Qualifications:

5. 10+ years of full-time experience in Marketing

6. Direct experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams

7. Experience working in the media industry

8. Experience with consumer facing product launches and consumer campaigns

9. Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services while owning and achieving KPIs

10. Experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike

11. Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders

12. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent Marketing experience

Public Compensation:

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
