Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced **Security Account Manager** to lead and oversee security operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for managing over 2,500 hours of weekly coverage and supervising a team of approximately 80 security officers. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Direct and coordinate all aspects of security operations, including scheduling, payroll, staffing, and performance management.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.
+ Provide leadership and support during critical incidents; prior experience in emergency response or incident management is highly desirable.
+ Maintain a visible presence at client sites, supporting field supervisors and officers in all weather conditions.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.
+ Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and off-hours as needed to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in the security industry or a related field.
+ Proficiency in scheduling software and payroll systems.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement site-specific post orders and operational procedures.
+ Recruit, train, and mentor security personnel to ensure high performance and professionalism.
+ Identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiencies.
+ Support business development efforts through service expansion and client satisfaction.
