Our Account Manager is responsible for:

+ Supporting Client strategy inclusive of client relationships, service delivery and growth.

+ Managing onsite talent advisor staff

+ Own the overall growth, including responsibility for the P&L, GP

+ Primary point of contact for the account and will collaborate with the client.

+ Maintaining effective positive business relationships with key decision makers.

+ In person meetings with key customer stakeholders on a frequent basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and consult on future needs / program enhancements

+ Serving as the escalated point of contact for service issues

+ Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experiences:

Prior Manufacturing/Light Industrial HR management or Production Site Management experience a plus

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Strong strategic and operational leadership, including team building and decision-making skills

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

+ Strong financial acumen / P&L experience - analyzing monthly financial statements and implementing new strategies to increase profitability

Seeking a minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, operations, service delivery into a customer account.
