    Leidos is seeking a highly qualified **Employment Network Service Analyst** to support the Service Manager with day-to – day operations. The analyst is responsible for coordinating participant services, ensuring accurate data reporting, monitoring compliance with federal guidelines, and analyzing program outcomes to support continuous improvement. The candidate must reside in the Maryland/Virginia region and be available to work on-site at one of our DMV office locations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Provide support to beneficiaries, including service planning and milestone tracking

    + Analyze service delivery data and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement

    + Collaborate with workforce development staff and community partners

    + Support marketing and outreach strategies to engage eligible beneficiaries

    + Respond to participant inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally and promptly

    + Following up with callers who have made complaints or threats via social media and alerting the COR or designated authority

    + Cultivate a culture of innovation and promote collaboration across teams and projects

    + Ensure quality control of all services provided

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Social Work, Business, or related field from an accredited institution with a minimum of (4)+ years of experience; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

    Clearance Required:

    + Must be able to successfully clear a Public Trust background determination during the course of employment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to maintain a clear focus on project objectives and deliverables while navigating challenges

    + Financial management and budget oversight skills

    + Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and customer representatives

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00

     

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
