The Multi-Domain Solutions ( **MDS** ) division is seeking a Enterprise Quality Control Lead responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control Plan (CDRL A027); program quality control to ensure work performed under the contract conforms to the requirements and meets the intent of the Government's strategic objectives; QC system continuous process improvement; oversees quality studies, testing, surveys, and reliability analysis.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
The Enterprise Quality Control Lead will lead the development, implementation, and management of robust technical quality assurance and control systems. This role is responsible for ensuring product and system reliability, precision, and performance throughout the entire lifecycle—from design to post-delivery analysis. The ideal candidate will define and apply quality standards, conduct thorough evaluations, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable specifications and regulatory requirements. The role involves driving solutions to complex quality and system integration challenges, designing automated and manual testing processes, and developing innovative methods to improve product and process quality.
Basic Qualifications
+ TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6–10 years of experience.
+ Develop and implement quality assurance standards, procedures, and tools to ensure high product and system integrity.
+ Monitor and evaluate products, processes, and systems for compliance with quality and performance specifications.
+ Lead cross-functional testing efforts, including system integration, performance, and automated testing
+ Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
+ Experience in system integration testing, software testing (manual and automated), and performance evaluation.
+ Proven ability to lead complex quality projects and coordinate across multiple teams or functions.
+ Proficient in using quality management systems (QMS), test automation tools, and data analysis techniques.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Industry certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ISTQB, Six Sigma).
+ Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical devices).
+ Familiarity with Agile or DevOps development environments.
+ Experience with scripting or coding for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, Selenium).
+ Working knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or FDA guidelines.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
