The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a journeyman-level Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day procurement activities, conduct market research, and ensure efficient processing of procurement requests. This role will support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida, and is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES2) contract.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage logistics services with suppliers, including tracking purchase orders and monitoring contract compliance
+ Implement travel and purchasing processes, ensuring timely submission of requests in a multi-tenant stakeholder environment
+ Conduct research and basic procurement analysis to identify potential suppliers
+ Monitor market trends and assist in obtaining competitive prices and terms
+ Coordinate procurement requisitions using CACI's Procure to Pay (P2P) system and manage purchasing cards
+ Support vehicle operations services and IT equipment logistics as required
+ Prepare regular reports on procurement statuses and provide quality assurance on purchasing requests
+ Assist in program analysis and cost control tasks under supervision.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ US citizen with active Secret security clearance
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in procurement and logistics management
+ Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
+ Proficiency in using procurement systems and purchasing card procedures
+ Good analytical and organizational skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Master's Degree in relevant field of study
+ Experience in IT equipment procurement
+ Familiarity with government or military procurement processes

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
