The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an highly experienced Knowledge Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II) contract.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all knowledge items (management plans, TTPs, SOPs, etc.) are made accessible to the Enterprise as needed in an efficient and effective manner

• Develops information retrieval solutions to support USSOUTHCOM requirements for specified domain subjects using information retrieval software languages, automated text analysis, and extraction techniques, in support of warfighter experience (WX) services

• Executes system engineering tasks including concept definition, system architecture development, system design, operational and system requirements development and management, human factors engineering, external and internal interface management, security engineering, systems certification, communications and network engineering, hardware design and integration, system interoperability support, integrated logistics, training, and fleet support, tactics and operations, mission engineering, and analysis, modeling and simulations from a cyber-security perspective

• Plans and manages support for knowledge management tools and processes

• Maintains controlled knowledge items to ensure that they are current, relevant, and valid

• Validates Knowledge-Based Articles prior to publishing

• Provides support for information collection and dissemination

• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments

• Plans and leads major technology assignments

• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

• May supervise others

Qualifications:

_Required:_

+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

+ 13+ years of relevant experience

+ US citizen with active Secret security clearance

+ Proficiency in developing information retrieval solutions using specialized software languages and techniques to support mission requirements

+ Ability to execute diverse system engineering tasks, including concept definition, architecture development, and security engineering from a cyber-security perspective

+ Possess skills to plan and manage knowledge management tools and processes, maintaining and validating controlled knowledge items

+ Competence in supporting information collection and dissemination across complex systems

+ Capacity to integrate multiple disciplines, including human factors engineering, communications, and mission engineering, to deliver comprehensive system solutions

+ CKM -CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE MANAGER -KMI or CKP -CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE PRACTITIONER -KMI certification

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600-$252,100
