The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Journeyman Subcontracts Manager to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).
Responsibilities:
+ Performs management, administration, and reporting of subcontracts, supporting oversight of all subcontractor activities
+ Manages and monitors subcontract baseline, including supplier cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance
+ Assists in developing and negotiating subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for services, materials, and/or equipment
+ Facilitates annual closeout activities
+ Processes and coordinates deliverable submission with internal stakeholders
+ Plans and leads major assignments, including updates to the Project Management Plan (PMP)
+ Evaluates performance results and recommends changes
+ Supports program kick-off, program meetings, and accounting for service contract reporting, as needed
+ Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
+ Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in relevant field of study
+ At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
+ US citizen with active Secret security clearance
+ Demonstrated ability in managing and administering subcontracts, including oversight of subcontractor activities and performance monitoring.
+ Subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for services, materials, and equipment experience
+ Exhibits strong skill-level in coordinating deliverable submissions, facilitating closeout activities, and supporting program meetings
+ Displays competence in planning and leading major assignments, including updates to the Project Management Plan
+ Shows capability in evaluating performance results and recommending changes. Possesses problem-solving skills and the capacity to develop methodologies for complex work assignments, operating with autonomy in presenting solutions

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
