Your role and responsibilities
*
The Learning Experience Designer collaborates with the Quality Learning & Development team to create, implement, and assess learning and performance solutions in a manufacturing context. * Develop learning experiences to address quality management gaps in manufacturing
* Create digital training assets using contemporary practices, tools, and methodologies
* Maintain open communication with project management and team members during development
* Monitor and report training compliance to the client, ensuring adherence to learning and development requirements and regulations
* Administer Success Factors LMS for assigned manufacturing facilities (curriculum creation, updates, reporting, impact assessment)
* Write and evaluate learning objectives based on needs analysis and project scope
* Apply adult learning theory to select and implement instructional strategies
* Gather content from client sources and subject matter experts
* Organize content into coherent learning material
* Design evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness and enhance learning experiences
* Regularly proofread, edit, and update learning materials
Required technical and professional expertise
* Graduate/post-graduate degree
* 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in content development/instructional design in international IT/ITES firms
* Proficiency in learning experience design methodologies like the ADDIE model
* Understanding of adult learning theory and educational psychology
* Experience with courseware development tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Rise, murf, PageTiger, WalkMe)
* Familiarity with Liquid Planner, SNOW, Cornerstone Ondemand, SuccessFactors LMS is beneficial
* Expertise in basic graphic editing (image manipulation, text replacement, etc.)
* Native-level English proficiency for clear communication with global audiences
* Strong teamwork and self-management skills
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle complex customer service issues
* High precision and attention to detail
* Capacity to work collaboratively and independently towards set goals
