    We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Associate Partner to join our fast-growing Salesforce consulting practice within IBM Consulting. This individual will serve as a senior leader and client-facing expert who drives the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives across the Utlilities industry.

    Your role and responsibilities

This individual will serve as a senior leader and client-facing expert who drives the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives across the Utlilities industry.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

     

    *

     

    Serve as a technical leader and client advisor on Salesforce strategy, architecture, and implementation projects.

     

    *

     

    Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations, data migration, and custom development.

     

    *

     

    Oversee technical teams of architects, developers, and consultants in the delivery of scalable Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Health, Financial, Manufacturing, or Automotive Clouds).

     

    *

     

    Collaborate closely with the Engagement Partner and client stakeholders to align business goals with Salesforce technology.

     

    *

     

    Support the development of go-to-market offerings, solution accelerators, and best practices within IBM’s Salesforce Center of Excellence.

     

    *

     

    Drive pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, client presentations, and technical estimations.

     

    *

     

    Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce ecosystem partners and internal IBM teams.
