KBR is seeking a motivated, energetic individual for the role of Program Management Office (PMO) Business Operations Lead for its Advanced Technology Operating Unit, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will support multi-disciplinary engineering teams across a diverse set of projects, which include research and development, operations and sustainment support to fielded capabilities.
+ PMO Adjunct team member – provide support to one or more engineering project teams, working within the team to ensure that projects are executed well, meeting internal and external deliverables requirements
+ Support software development efforts by assisting in project backlog definition and tracking, and sprint planning and execution
+ Support new business activities through proposal development contributions to include bills of materials development and project cost estimation
+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal operations and project meetings for stakeholders and customers; capture and track critical actions and ensure closure
+ Collect, consolidate, and communicate business intelligence for project managers and other leaders
+ Serve as purchasing focal point and coordinator to address project needs and provisions for staff and general business operations
+ Coordinate with suppliers and support product deliveries
+ Track and report inventory and assets IAW customer and company requirements
+ Serve as a resource and focal point for business travel planning in compliance with company standards
+ Develop and execute a communications plan that informs staff and stakeholders on matters of importance
+ Identify and address actions to increase team member engagement
+ Capture needs for growing the team and work with senior leadership, project managers, technical staff members and human resources to hire, recruit and retain staff
+ Ensure that facilities and on-site resources are ready to support the needs of project managers and technical staff within a growing organization
+ Ensure that we maintain a workplace where projects and related work can be executed safely, efficiently, responsibly, and sustainably
Work Environment:
+ Location: Hybrid (est. 75% On-Site)
+ Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
+ Working Hours: Flexible
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or adjacent field of study; Or Associates degree in Business Administration or adjacent field of study, and 5+ years of relevant experience; Or over 10 years of relevant experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to establish successfully functioning relationships within a matrixed business enterprise, with both on-site and off-site collaborators and partners
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong time management skills
+ Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt, and function at a high level in a dynamic and evolving work environment, taking the initiative where necessary to fulfill the obligations of the position
+ Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance
Desired:
+ Active TOP SECRET security clearance
+ Prior experience with project execution in association with Federal Government contracts, especially for the Department of Defense
+ Prior experience and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems, Financial/Cost Accounting Systems, Microsoft Project or other project management software, and (generally) enterprise management software
+ Certification with PMI as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) or equivalent business certification(s)
+ Familiarity with SECDEVOPS processes and tools for software development
+ Familiarity with Workday
+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint
