BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced health care manager to fill the position of **Healthcare Operations Manager- for our Elizabeth Office.** **_Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must!_**

This office specifically supports New Jersey’s Assistive Care State Program (ACSP),** providing personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to adult and elderly clients. Experience working **with Medicaid-funded programs or within regulated care models is a plus.

As a Healthcare Operations Manager you will:

1. Oversee all aspects of office operations including budgeting, planning, recruitment, and staff development.

2. Ensure high-quality care and service delivery in compliance with Medicaid guidelines and state regulatory requirements.

3. Support your team and grow your office by keeping abreast of industry and community trends and referral opportunities.

4. Service-focused, professional, warm and communicative, our Directors are embodiments of The BAYADA Way , representing our network of home care professionals to our various audiences across the nation.

Responsibilities:

1. Building a dynamic team dedicated to providing the highest levels of client care and customer service

2. Planning, budgeting and fiscal management

3. Development and execution of a recruitment plan

4. Monitoring quality and appropriateness of services provided

5. Assure compliance with company policies and procedures

6. Assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications include:

1. Four year college degree required

2. Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care

3. Familiarity with **New Jersey health care regulations** , especially those related to Medicaid and assistive care services

4. Demonstrated record of goal achievement and of successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results

5. Proven interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills

6. Proven ability to organize, manage, market and grow an office

7. Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies

8. Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities

9. **Bilingual in Spanish and English is required!**
