As an HAEA employee, you will provide dedicated support to our Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Savannah, GA. HMGMA is an electric vehicle (EV) production site responsible for the IONIQ 5 and new IONIQ 9 3rd row SUV.
What you will be doing
The selected SAP HCM Business Process Analyst will lead SAP's HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions, supporting business systems like SAP HCM's US Payroll and Time Management, and collaborating with Korea HQ to enhance and implement HCM best practices.
As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, this position is part of the global Human Resources function and plays a key role in ensuring that HMGMA delivers a flawless experience within the SAP US Payroll & Time Management suite to meet business needs.
The role applies technical and functional HR knowledge to the improvement, maintenance and development of SAP US Payroll and Time Management to support the HR business requirements. Additional roles & responsibilities will include, but necessarily be limited to the following:
+ Be involved in keeping the SAP HR solution running and maintained
+ Maintain cyclical US payroll processes and Time management to ensure timely and accurate employee pay data, by supporting the biweekly validation and review of new employee data in preparation of scheduled payroll process.
+ Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, Planning and monitoring, eliciting requirements, Requirements organization, translating and simplifying requirements, requirements management and communication, and requirements analysis.
+ Along with the other team members, oversee Incident Management, checking and solving customizing issues, bug fixing, investigation of escalated problems, monitoring of interfaces and replications, enhancement management, analysis and application implementation, improvements, writing general as well as detailed, functional specifications, performing integration tests & business support for UAT, developing application documentation, contribute to workload estimations.
+ Keep a general overview of the solution's architecture and its evolution, and is accessible for all matters in the functional domain of a Business Process Analyst.
+ Stay updated with technical developments and evolutions relating to Business Process Analysis.
+ Perform fit-gap analysis for business requirements and delivers solutions in line with standard SAP.
+ Decompose high-level information into detail and be able to animate workshops with end-users and business representatives.
+ Distinguish requests from the underlying business needs.
+ Maintain a regular physical presence close to business interlocutors and Key Users to assist them in the development and daily management of their applications.
+ Respect the operating procedures and methodology effective within HAEA-AM .
+ Respect working in collaboration with external partners according to the HAEA IT model.
+ Support HQ teams in the maintenance of the SAP solution and its evolution in line with the requirements of our CBU.
+ Provide on-call support.

What we require from you:
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
+ PHR certification preferred
+ 5-7 years of hands-on configuration, development, or support of SAP HR area
+ Minimum of 5 years of ERP project execution/management experience
+ The ability to set expectations, explain and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management, and business partners.
+ Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.
+ Excellent customer service skills required.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment.
+ Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe.
+ Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills
+ The ability to communicate and manage remotely in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT colleagues.
+ Must have the ability to question the status quo.
+ Some travel, including international travel, may be required.

Salary Range - $86,900 - $124,255
