    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    You will perform interventional procedures at both the Galveston and Clear Lake Campuses. You will have 4 to 5 outpatient clinics per week at either the Galveston or Clear Lake Campus and 4 to 5 weekly sessions in one of the cath labs. You will also participate in the Interventional Consult Service on the Galveston, League City, and Clear Lake campuses for approximately 12 weeks per year. Additionally, you will participate in STEMI call.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    MD degree or equivalent, Board certified or eligible in ABIM Cardiovascular Diseases. Must have completed an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency and cariology fellowship. Possess or eligible for full medical license in the State of Texas.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Completion of ACGME-accredited interventional cardiology fellowship

    + Board certified in American Board of Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology

    SALARY:

    Commensurate with experience.
