Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Engineer to lead and enhance our Blow Molding operations. In this dual-capacity role, the Senior Process Engineer will not only drive process optimization and innovation but also manage the Blow Molding Technician team across all three shifts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, and performance of all blow molding equipment and machinery. A key focus of this role is to develop and implement strategies that improve production efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality for both current and new products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in operating and troubleshooting blow molding equipmentpreferably SIAPI and SIPA machinesand will be adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Senior Process Engineer will schedule technician shifts, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure all documentation and GMP standards are met. This role also involves cross-training injection molding technicians, supporting mold changes, and collaborating with the Injection Molding Supervisor on technical projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a deep understanding of process engineering, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills and Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in a Leadership role - hands on management of technicians (preferably Blow Molding technicians)

- 3+ years of experience operating and processing products on blow molding machines - preferably SIAPI and SIPA machines

- Machine installation experience, mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience, and machine shop skills null
