Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an LDAP Engineer for one of our international financial clients Identity and Authentication group. This individual will be required to be onsite 5 days/week.

Design and architect secure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) solutions to meet business requirements. Provide consultancy in planning, testing, and documenting the environment changes for the existing environment and new integrations.

Support the installation, configuration, and administration of PingDirectory.

Support the installation, testing and deployment of new versions of software, hotfixes, and security fixes.

Configure connection policies, alert handlers, replication topology, and management of bulk transactions.

Be actively involved in audit-related activities and provide second level troubleshooting of PingDirectory.

Support after-hours production deployments for PingDirectory integrations and other infrastructure maintenance activities which involve communication and coordination with engineering, operations, project management, and customer application resources to ensure the scheduled deployments are successful

Understand and utilize basic network, virtualization, and datacenter technologies for deployment strategies of LDAP / Directory infrastructure.

Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

Compensation is between $80 - $90 per hour, exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of IAM experience using Ping Suite of products

Ping Directory administration, performance tuning and upgrades

LDAP data synchronization using Ping DataSynch/LDIF.

Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot LDAP and PingDirectory on Linux/UNIX servers.

Monitoring tool experience

Scripting experience Experience with infrastructure deployments

Ansible experience null
