Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Associate Civil Engineer to join our team in NJ & New York City, specializing in land development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to manage and execute design and construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader who can mentor and train staff, set and achieve division goals, oversee budgets, and develop comprehensive project proposals. The Sr. Associate Civil Engineer will also play a pivotal role in client interactions, ensuring that all project requirements are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

12+ years of experience as a civil engineer focusing on land development projects in NYC

Professional Engineer license in NJ and/or NY

Experience in leadership overseeing a team

Technical experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, & HydroCAD Experience with Deltek Vision null
