Job Description

Our client is looking for a Communications Specialist to join their team and assist with the digital transformation program. In this role, you would be responsible for communication, planning strategic, delivery timeline, and necessary theme/road mapping. You will collaborate across DT Communications Lead, TCM, and necessary functional teams to ensure alignment to timely delivery. The day-to-day responsibilities can include developing communication content, providing regular updates on DT, assessing program effectiveness, deploying communication content, and interpreting relevant information from various sources. The overall goal is to plan, develop and implement messaging for promotion of product awareness.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

8-10+ years of experience supporting a digital transformation program, handling communications, strategizing, and delivery

Experience with ERP implementations

Proficient in MS Office

Experience working cross-functionally with leadership or C-suites

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field Project management experience

Background experience in a capital equipment, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment

OneSource experience

Compensation:

$75/hr to $82/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. null
