Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Pinkard, AL

Pay Range:$15 -$17

What's the Job?

+ Set up and operate machines, making adjustments to ensure precision.

+ Produce parts and tools from metal or other materials while interpreting blueprints or plans.

+ Set up, maintain, and operate machines for cutting and welding tasks.

+ Utilize measurement tools to check parts for accuracy throughout the production process.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints.

+ Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and adjustments.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
