    Our client, a leading organization in the Oil industry, is seeking a Division Order Clerk to join their team. As a Division Order Clerk, you will be part of the operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Division Order Clerk

    **Location:** Moon Township, PA

     

    Pay Range: $22/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Enter 941 strapping information into DX2R from New Lease spreadsheet and print Word Document.

    + Create accounts and farms in 941.

    + Assign farm number, create a farm, and enter tank information in DX2R for 941.

    + Ensure division order documents are sent and verified for accuracy once received.

    + Scan documents to OnBase and after 90 days audit it in OnBase and destroy original documents.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proficiency in data entry and document management.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    + Experience with DX2R or similar software is a plus.

    + Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
