Our client, a leader in paper manufacturing, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Helper

**Location:** Santa Fe Springs, CA

Pay Range: $19.50

Schedule: 2- 4 week PROJECT will be working 1st shift 6am- 2:30pm first week and 6pm- 2am (possibly 6am- 2hr shift) second week.

What's the Job?

+ Assist in the installation of laminate flooring in various facilities.

+ Perform painting tasks to maintain and enhance facility aesthetics.

+ Support general maintenance and repair activities as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

+ Prior experience with installing laminate floors and painting.

+ Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks is a plus.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

+ Dependability and a strong work ethic.

+ Ability to pass background check and drug test.
