    Our client, is a global public corporation specializing in technologies and services across the entire energy value chain from generation to transmission is seeking a Electrical Engineer Lv 2 to join their team.

     

    **Job Title:** Electrical Engineer Lv 2

    **Location:** Orlando, FL

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Take overall responsibility for the execution of electrical engineering within projects, ensuring fulfillment of customer contracts and specifications.

    + Lead the electrical execution team in close cooperation with the Project Engineering Manager, Project Management, and other relevant stakeholders.

    + Manage and monitor internal and external suppliers, including handling interfaces for electrical, I&C, and layout-related elements.

    + Provide regular project reporting covering engineering progress, technical clarifications, and risks/opportunities.

    + Drive the electrical design process, including the development of concepts, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).

    + Proactively identify and manage risks, opportunities, and claims.

    + Monitor on-time delivery of deliverables, quality standards, engineering labor hour usage, and ensure compliance with EHS standards.

    + Support the construction site during installation and commissioning by resolving technical issues as they arise.

    + Contribute to identifying and minimizing non-conformance costs (NCCs).

    Required Skills:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing electrical engineering for large-scale projects such as Power Plants, Data Centers, HVDC, or Substations.

    + Strong technical knowledge in:

    + Electrical Power Systems

    + Motor Control Centers (MCCs)

    + Medium and Low Voltage (MV/LV) Switchgears

    + Transformers, Converters, and Rectifiers

    + Single Line and Three Line Diagrams

    + Experience in project management and/or managing intercultural teams.

    + Proven background in executing solution projects (both proposal and execution phases).

    + Knowledge of HVDC transmission is a plus.

    + Licensed Professional Engineer in one or more U.S. states is an advantage.

    + Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

    + Strong intercultural collaboration experience with international clients, partners, and suppliers.

    + Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
